Maggie Baratto opened Thrive Leadership Academy in 2022 as a marketplace initiative to equip, train, and mobilize Christians through coaching, consulting, and teaching. She provides various Coaching programs, including Thrive in the Hive- a 1 on 1 Transformational Coaching program that empowers women to break free from insecurity, striving, and feeling stuck to get clarity and confidence to identify and step into their sweet spot!

Most recently, she started The Maggie B Show, a YouTube video podcast that helps Christians hear and see what God is saying and doing.
